Aquia Harbour is a Premier Gated Community in North Stafford County, Virginia. We are located on historical Aquia Creek approximately 45 miles south of Washington DC, 15 miles north from Fredericksburg, Virginia, and 70 miles north of Richmond, Virginia. We are a short commute from MCB Quantico and Fort Belvoir Army Base.

Our community is rare among modern developments. As an example, first time visitors to the Harbour usually notice just about every home is unique in appearance. This was not an accident. It was decided early on to make sure the Harbour didn't suffer from the cookie-cutter syndrome so prevalent in modern home and neighborhood development. Aquia Harbour encompasses over 2,000 acres, including 400 acres of protected wetlands on Aquia Creek.
